Douglas Jeffery Harper

Douglas Jeffery Harper was born on September 18, 1989 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Carol Douglas and Jeffery Harper.  He graduated from Collinsville High School in 2009, and then attended Tulsa Technology where he became a certified welder.  He married the love of his life and high school sweetheart, Jordan Michelle Shelley in Tulsa, Ok on March 24, 2012.

Doug was an avid hunter and fisherman.  He greatly valued spending time with his family.  Doug was a dedicated man who excelled in his welding career gaining respect, recognition and deep friendships as he travelled.  He was often joined by his wife on the road where they worked side by side just as they did in every aspect of their life.

He is survived by his wife Jordan Shelley Harper; his mother Carol Douglas; father Jeffery Harper and wife Dena; his grandparents James and Phyllis Douglas; his sister Jessica Harper and husband Chad  Vincent and son Blu; twin sister Julie Edwards and husband Brandon; his brother Deone Doctors and wife Michelle and son Cyrus; cousin Katie and husband Joey Smittle and son Gibson.
