Miriam Ann (Snook) Hawkins

Miriam Ann Hawkins left this world, Tuesday April 18, 2017.

Miriam was born August 4, 1937 in Topeka, Kansas, to Edward and Elizabeth Snook.

She met Eldon Hawkins, September of 1961, Miriam and Eldon were married May 25, 1963 and they would have been together 54 years this May.  Miriam and Eldon have two loving children, Son: Jay Hawkins residing in Illinois, married to Beth.  Together they have two children Stephanie and Will, Daughter: Valerie, married to John Waters, together they have one daughter, Victoria.

Miriam is survived by her husband, Eldon, who remains in Tulsa to honor his wife’s memory and to love and nurture their family.  She is also survived by one sister, Priscilla Louise.

Miriam’s stead fast faith and lavish love has been a huge influence on her family, friends and all who were privileged to know her.  Her love for Christ and all of her family remains as a memorial to a life well lived.

Miriam was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers John Kelvin and Raymond
Edward.
