Richard Ralph Turley

Richard Ralph Turley passed from this life on November 27, 2017 in Tulsa, Ok at the age of 68 years.  Richard (Rick) was born November 25, 1949,  in Tulsa, Ok to parents Ralph Dewitt Turley and Imogene Callison Turley.

Rick is survived by his sons and their wives, Chance and Dana Turley of Tulsa; Jason and Stephanie Turley of Turley; and Bradley and Rebeka Turley of Tulsa.  Siblings include Vicki Lynn Turley-Noble of Fairview, Or; Cheryl Raye Turley of Tulsa; Sharla Renee Turley-Hildner and Ronald Hildner of Fletcher, Ok; and Kimberly Ann Turley of Mannford, Ok; Larry Lee Ashlock of Mannford, Ok; and Terry and Dayna Ashlock of Skiatook, Ok., several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by brother Ronal Darrel Turley in l977; father Ralph Dewitt Turley in 1999; grandson Joshua Lee Turley in 2002; stepfather Walter Levern Timblin in 2004; and mother Imogene Callison Timblin in 2004.

Rick loved the water and Sooner football.  He spent many years living in Kemah, TX near the light house before retiring to Tulsa mid-2017.  A celebration of life service is scheduled for Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 11:00am – 3:00pm at the Loyal Order of the Moose, located at 11106 E. 7th St., Tulsa, Ok 74128.  Guest are encouraged to wear OU attire in Rick’s memory.  OU win the Rose Bowl for Rick!
