Brittany Renee Haines

March 2, 1986 ~ May 18, 2016 (age 30) 30 Years Old
Brittany Renee Haines, most of you know her as "Sissy" was Born March 2nd, 1986, to Karen O'Dell and Brian Haines. Grandparents Jim and Shirley Barnes, say at 18 months old Brittany would crawl out of her baby bed on most nights because she didn't want to miss anything and even at that age wanted to always known all that was going on. Nothing was going to happen without her being right in the middle of it.

Just shortly after Brittany turned one she had a little brother, Bubba, Jamie Haines, who gave her the name Sissy, which that role she did proudly! Outsiders would think at times they couldn't stand each other because of all the arguing, but at the end of the day they had an unbreakable Bond.

Brittany spent most of her years in Catoosa where she made many friends Most people noticed her smile first but those who had the pleasure of knowing her soon realized that her beauty radiated deep within her heart and soul. In 2005 Brittany attended South Eastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma. There she joined the sorority,. Tri Sigma where she made lifelong sisters. Her roommates at the time recalled Brittany being the mother hen. She encouraged them all to be their true selves and cheered them on to find their own happiness. She brightened their lives with her infectious smile and positive outlook on life.

After helping many others find their way, Brittany was ready to focus on her life's purpose. After moving back to Catoosa "the hood" where she was surrounded by many friends and many long nights talking in the garage, she was ready to begin her career at Spirit. Working at Spirit Brittany touched many lives with her outgoing personality. She loved everyone and everyone loved her. In October 2014 Brittany married Tyler Hafner in one of her favorite cities, Las Vegas. Brittany enjoyed being at home with her beloved Koka and Henry.
Brittany Renee was many things to many people, a daughter, a granddaughter, a sister, Niece, cousin, wife and friend. She was a kind and gentle human being and everyone that Brittany encountered has nothing but wonderful memories and nice things to say about her. Brittany Renee was loved by all and will be greatly missed by all. Brittany was an angel on Earth and is no doubt the most beautiful angel in heaven, alongside her mother.
