Danielle Danee Lewis was born June 10, 1987 to David and Lisa Lewis in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She passed from life and into the hands of God on October 10th, 2014 at the age of 27.
She was preceded in death by her father David William Lewis, grandparents Robert and Mary Ann Crosland. She is survived by her mother Lisa Lewis- Smith (nee Crosland), grandparents David and Sandra Lewis, Uncles; Daniel Lewis and Chris Crosland, Aunt; Kim Walker and dear cousin of Clinton Walker, Kayla Munsell and Kennedie Lewis.
All friends and relatives are invited to gather on Friday October 24, 2014 for a visitation from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at 4:00 p.m. Visitation and Service will be held at the Adamscrest/Reynolds Funeral Home Chapel
