Barbara Lorraine (Turner) Cecil

Barbara Cecil born was born on the, 11th of Feb. 1930, in Roger, Arkansas, to Henry and Alta Turner.

She is survived by her nieces Donna, Carol and nephew Jerry Jones and a great nephew Steven Jones. Her grandchildren Stacy Lander her husband Jeff Lander, Jamie Browning her husband Darrean Browning, Billy Kissinger his wife Joanie Jones, Jennifer and Amber Conley. Her great grandchildren McKenna Lander, Haiden Kissinger,Brice Lander, Madden Kissinger, Piper Browning, Zyler Lander, Ryker Lander and Blake Kissinger.

Proceed in death by her parents Henry and Alta Turner, her daughter Diana Kissinger, her sister Eleonar Jones, her husbands,  Lloyd Conley and Jack Cecil, her son Warren Conley, her great grandson Will Kissinger, many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
