In Loving memory of Our Sister

Jacqlyn Le Vern Woodland was born on January 4th, 1951 to Cozetta Franklin and Lanny Woodard.  At birth Jackie moved to Chicago, where she lived with louella Williams.  At the age of five, Jackie returned to Ft. Smith, then back to Chicago.  Off and on Jackie attended school at Dumbar Elm in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.  She attended school in Pocola, Ok. and Chicago where she completed high school.  Jackie also played high school basketball in Chicago.  Jackie left this earthly presence to be with her Lord God on December 2nd, 2018.

Preceding her in death are two daughters, Tammy and Anne, her parents Cozetta Franklin and Lanny Woodard.

Jackie leaves to mourn her passing one son, Shawn Williams of Las Vegas, 2 daughters, Asokee Lane of Chicago, ShaRhonda Meadors of Tulsa, Oklahoma.  She leaves 3 sisters, Norman Baldwin of Ft. Smith, Ark., Jathan Fulbright of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Cynitha Tillman of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, 3 brothers, Maarice Ricks of Ft. Smith, Ark., Willie Ricks (Virgil) of Ft. Smith, Arkansas.  Elder Lee Alfred Wright and (1st Lady Lynn) 4 grandsons, Kamron, Parker, Shawm, Jr.amd Chavon, 4 granddaughters, Sasha, Ashonti, Passion, Kananni, Cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
