I was so very sorry to have just learned that Aunt Ruth had passed away 7 months ago. I loved her dearly. We called each other to keep up, and we went to see her from 2004 when my husband Randy retired until 2013. My Daddy went with us until he passed away in 2009. Mama, Edna Tibbs, went with us every time .Mama was Uncle Johnnie McMahan's sister. I sent birthday cards and Christmas cards. The last birthday card came back. I finally asked my cousin, John McMahan if he knew what was going on. He was stunned that I didn't know. She had a good life. I'm so glad for that.

The obit is perfect. Ruth for sure, To know her was to love her, Best friend I ever had,. We laughed cried, drank coffee talked and talked for hours. Shared it all. Loved her so much. so thankful I had her in my life. Loved all her family., Prayers to all.
