Sandra Ruth (Gebbs) Combs

Sandra Ruth Combs passed from this life on March 20, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 64 years. Sandra was born March 20, 1955 in New Orleans, LA. to Alfred Gebbs and Hazel Cannon Gebbs. They moved to Tulsa and Sandra was a 1973 graduate of Bishop Kelly High School. She is survived by her husband, Glendon Combs who idolized her during their entire 38 year marriage. Also their 3 children Christopher (wife Liz), Ashley and Lauren (fiancé Will), each of whom Sandra was so unbelievably proud of being their mom. She is also survived by her sister Linda Raska, as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Hazel Gebbs, and brother Dean Gebbs, and sister Debra Gebbs.

Sandra loved her family and her home, as well as her neighborhood, Tulsa and NOLA. She had a rich family heritage, and perpetuated that within her immediate family as well by keeping family traditions alive. Sandra loved to cook and entertain, and did so effortlessly! Unique birthday cakes were her specialty, and she had a way of making all holidays and occasions special. Her beautiful, calm spirit made an impact on everyone that was lucky enough to know her; she will be so missed.
