Carissa Gallegos

Carissa Carol Gallegos passed from this life on February 28, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 32 years.  Carissa was born October 7, 1984 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to parents Steven Gallegos and Carol Hampton.

Carissa Gallegos found beauty, love, and wonder in every crevice and minute speck of life.  She could describe or explain anything that would cause a person to crave more; with just one look into her eyes, you were tossed into a kaleidoscope of emotion.  Carissa was always the brightest light within a room without blinding anyone that looks her way. She has the most contagious smile that would typically follow with a short little giggle and a squeak.  She is a nomad.  She is a warrior.  She is our angel.  You will be forever loved.  You will be forever missed.

She is survived by her parents Carol & Russell Hampton of Kingfisher, Oklahoma, Brothers Danny Gallegos and fiancé Emily Lair and Ted Hampton, Nephew Zeke Gallegos,  Grandparents Jerroll & Lois Zwahlen and Beverly Comstock (Tiger)..

Carissa was preceded in death by a cousin Jessica Stamper.
