Jerry L. Cox

Jerry was born in Broken Bow, Oklahoma on June 24th, 1950 to Marshall and Charlene Cox. Jerry passed surrounded by his loving wife Mary, of 41 years, and his adoring children on June 23rd, 2020. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents Marshal and Charlene Cox, Allie and Don Gardner and John Gardner.  Jerry is survived by his brothers Larry and Shari Cox of Texas, Randy and Barbara Cox of Texas. Jerry blessed the world with 4 Daughters and 1 Son.Jenifer and Randy Nichols of Claremore, OK, Jeanette Cox and partner Sharon Diamond of Claremore, OK, Lori and Tom Clark of Claremore, OK, Samantha and Brandon Love of Tulsa, Adam Cox of Sperry, OK, Jerry has 7 granddaughters Danielle, Bethany, Paris, Courtney, Brittany, Kamryn and Elizabeth. Jerry was also blessed with 3 great-grandchildren Avery, Haileigh and Bentley whom all thought the world of their papa. Jerry is also survived by his Sister-in Law Linda Gardner-Gibbs of Owasso, OK , Donald and Tina Gardner of Avant, OK. Jack Ashby of Collinsville, OK. Jerry is survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Jerry also was a father to many, Emmo Charles and Jason Marvin were his sons in is heart, Jerry thought the world of them. Jerry was a hardworking man who did what it took to take care of his family. Jerry was definitely a family man and he loved us more than we will ever know. Jerry's world revolved around the love of his life Mary Jane and his children, blood or not.

There’s never been a person who didn’t love Jerry he is a legend in his own time. The world will be a little dimmer without the love and light that Jerry brought to this world.
