A bouncing baby boy was born to Maria Mondragon and Jesus Ramirez on May 13, 1993, in Long Beach, California. They named him Joaquin Antonio.
Joaquin attended Roosevelt Elementary in California and his formative years of education here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He attended Hamilton Middle School and graduated from Rogers High School.
Joaquin played on the baseball team for Rogers. His grandmother told him if he went to school, she would take him to his favorite spot, which was going to get pizza. That was his favorite food to eat. Joaquin was his grandmother's favorite grandchild.
Joaquin excepted Christ at an early and was baptized by Pastor Jimmy Foreman.
Joaquin also loved playing darts, riding his motorcycle and grilling outdoors. He often spoke his mind whatever was on it, he spoke it. Joaquin was the Life of the party, he was a kind and good hearted person. He also loved to race trucks. Once he was racing with his sister in the back of the pickup.
On Monday, July 5th as the new day began, Joaquin Antonio Sanchez passed away riding the familiar roads of Tulsa. His spirit was full of grateful appreciation that no one can deny. He lived every day of his life on his terms. While leaving a meaningful impression on everyone he met.
There was never a dull moment with him. traveling, exploring an daring his children to always try new things. He enjoyed capturing the moment and brought a chuckle to a moment of extreme seriousness. Up until the end his positivbe outlook and sense of humor remained with him - his memories of friends that passed on were represented on his vest that he wore that early morning.
Joaquin joins his beloved grandmother Maria "Conchita" Mondragon.
Joaquin leaves to cherish his memories: two sons Samuel and Jax Sanchez; he will forever be loved and missed by his mother Maria Guadalupe and father Jesus Ramirez; his siblings Hugo, Miguel, Adrian, Alex, Jessica, Marcia and Jesus.
