Geraldine Sue Hickman

Geraldine Sue Hickman was born, December 16, 1941, in Arkansas City, Kansas to Gerald and Dorothy Hickman. She died January 2, 2017, in Tulsa, Oklahoma where she had lived for many decades. Geraldine received an undergraduate degree in education from Northeastern State in Tahlequah and also attended Phillips Theological Seminary. She was an accomplished accordion player and kept up with many friends who she had since grade school. She was very involved in church life, from her time at Memorial Drive United Methodist Church to Community of Hope UCC and finally at Fellowship Congregational UCC where she served as a deacon and was a constant presence at all events. Geraldine is survived by her brother, Gerald, his wife Charlotte and was preceded in death by her parents.
